Boredom- Update 2

Its been a while since I updated my journal.
Not been somewhere (i.e school) has taken its toll. I have nothing to do and the things I like doing have become boring through repetition.
I finished Gears of War in one day, played every mission on ETQW on both sides and… sadly… painting my Warhammer 40000 units.
At the moment, I’m cooking Rice Pudding.
I was lying on the floor and wanted food, rice pudding was the second thing to come to mind after Haggis. But making haggis is completely unrealistic whereas rice pudding is only slightly unrealistic.
So in the end, its all good.

11: 15- just the start. I only had about half the ingredients for rice pudding so I don’t know how its going to turn out.

2:57- So far, so good. The house hasn’t burnt down…yet.

4:08- FAIL. The 'rice pudding' looked like an alien egg membrane and tasted like...well... I don’t know. Think of super condensed milk with pudding. I had to have 2 glasses of water to get rid of the taste.

The one thing I’ve learnt, never substitute over half the ingredients while cooking.

I take requests. I am not the greatest artist but I am willing to draw (or anything artish [not a word] in general) anything (this excludes pornographic, demeaning, racist, culturally unethical, aimed at a particular group or anything particularly nasty or against my morals). Practice is always good.

Everybody is unique. But to me there are 5 kinds of people in the world; described using Taps and Water

1) people who turn on the tap and walk away (wasteful)
2) people who turn on the tap and put there finger up the pipe to back up the hot water (ignorant)
3) people who turn on the tap and watch the room flood. (Arrogant)
4) people who use the tap then turn it off (conservative)
5) people who leave the tap alone (over cautious)

I would describe myself as number 3!

My nose is wonky because I broke it. I was splitting logs and one of the halves hit me in the face.

My MAJOR hobby is Warhammer 40000 including tabletop gaming, video games (mostly Dawn Of War) and novels. there is just so much depth in the story and characters.
concerning tabletop: I have a Tyranids, Dark Angel and hope to start a Daemonhunters army. my tyranids are crudly painted because they were my first and there are so many. My Dark Angels are very well done and most of the units are Converted or scratch built from other kits.

Thanks for the devwatch! But I rarely submit poetry on a day to day basis, but I might be thinking of submitting some of my philosophical interpretation and critques.
